REPUTE Healthcare’s ADP authorizers can

• Assess your functional mobility status and if needed, recommend the appropriate device such as such as a walker, a wheel chair or a scooter that best meet your needs.
• Determine if you are eligible for ADP funding and assist you to submit an “application for funding mobility devices” 
• Evaluate if the mobility device is adjusted properly and meets requirements.
