A message from Aditi Kumar, Owner and Director of REPUTE Home & Healthcare

To our clients and families,

Hope you are keeping healthy and safe during this crisis. I am so glad to share that Kingston and the surrounding community has done very well in keeping the COVID-19 cases to a very small number and keeping our vulnerable senior population safe. I feel very proud to be part of Kingston’s family where everyone is looking out for each other.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support towards REPUTE and its staff. Everyone’s health and safety are the focus of our care and services at this time. We have put in place different measures for you and our team’s protection. I want to share with you what REPUTE has done and continues to do for your protection:

  • All staff were educated as soon as the pandemic was declared (mid-March) on COVID-19 transmission, symptoms associated, and how to prevent its spread at work, in personal house-holds and the community.
  • All staff continue to be frequently reminded about hand hygiene, proper hand washing technique, and social distancing. This includes our office staff, whenever in-person contacts are made.
  • The common-touch areas and things like reception, door knobs and handles on bathroom and front door, pens, phones etc are being cleaned between each user.
  • Hand-sanitizer, gloves, and masks have been made available to all staff.
  • Daily self-monitoring and body temperature checks before starting work was started on April 9, 2020.
  • In addition to all the above, we have now made face masks mandatory starting May 11, 2020 for further protection especially with more businesses opening and high risk for spread.

We want to make sure that you are aware of the above measures we have in place and feel comfortable that REPUTE is doing its best to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to its best ability. Your loved one’s care is in good hands.

Please feel free to reach out to us at the office number 613-531-0931 if you have any questions or concerns or via email: homecare@reputehealthcare.com

Wishing you and your families the best of health and praying for this crisis to be over soon!
